Early Learning Advocates Rallying for Programs

Pennsylvania State CapitolAs legislatures discuss their fiscal year 2011 budget bills, early learning advocates are beginning to rally in support of funding for child care and other early learning programs. This year, action days are all the more important as most states face record budget gaps and tough decisions on which programs to maintain and which to cut.
